When you place an order all of your personal data provided to us will only be used in accordance with current data protection laws and our privacy policy. We will use all reasonable care and skill to provide you with the product you order under this agreement.

Do not use the techniques or exercises shown or described within this product whilst driving or operating machinery, or if you suffer from epilepsy, clinical depression or any other nervous or psychiatric condition. 

RETURNS POLICY - PRODUCTS

Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of the item.

Our returns procedure

1. Returns authorisation

Before returning any item please request and follow our ‘returns authorisation procedure’ by emailing us at Profman@aol.com. We will authorise your return and email you with details on how and where to send your return.

2. Packing the item

Please wrap the item securely and include the invoice, along with your returns authorisation email.

3. Replacement

We are happy to replace a faulty item.

You may return an unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. Note:

- we will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
- we cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty or if it was sent to you as a result of an error on our part.

We test each return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty, we will return it and you will be liable for the postage (not exceeding £5.00 for a DVD).

Please check any faulty DVD on a second machine first: we will not refund postage for items we find in good working order, nor will we be responsible for any incompatibilities with DVD players that have been modified to disable suitable regional encoding.
